About the project:
For 22 years, Asia was my home. Its rich culture and vibrant stories became woven into the fabric of my soul, and I craved a way to keep those memories alive even after returning to Chicago. So, I embarked on a personal project to transform my home, a space where every corner whispered tales of my incredible journey. I crafted a custom wall unit that displayed precious artifacts collected over the years, each piece a tangible memory waiting to be shared. The master bathroom became a tranquil oasis. Even the powder room and living area received the eclectic touch, with floral wallpaper, touches in brass finishes and a transitional lighting fixture. A home that seamlessly blends vintage treasures with modern comfort, a vibrant tapestry of East meets West.
